Governance

 

Our inaugural annual forum, focused on blue and green security, was initially postponed due to unforeseen technical and health-related circumstances. We were pleased to successfully hold the event in September 2022 in Nice, France.

 

The second forum, which was set to focus on data, AI, and cybersecurity, was planned for October 2023. However, due to critical regional events, we decided to reschedule it for January 2024 in Monaco. The changing dynamics in the MENA region have affected many countries and their populations, and we remain committed to fostering understanding and cooperation in this context.

 

Looking ahead, our third edition will address health issues with an expanded scope that now includes India and the Asia-Pacific region. We are excited to welcome new partners from the « Global South » in 2025, reinforcing our vision of strengthening East-West dialogue and creating opportunities for collaboration across regions and cultures.

 

 

Since its inception, The Global Diwan has pursued a mission to build bridges between East and West, promoting diversity and multilateralism as core principles. Our journey has been enriched by the guidance of esteemed advisory members, whose support and strategic insights have been invaluable.

 

As we look toward the future, we are focusing on further enhancing business networking and cultural exchanges, which will be central to our evolving priorities.

 

The Global Diwan continues to work closely with all our business members, friends and sponsors , and we are grateful for their ongoing trust and support. We look forward to sharing more about our upcoming initiatives and the renewed board that will support our mission.
